Movie Thusday: Chicago

Murderesses Velma Kelly (a chanteuse and tease who killed her husband and sister after finding them in bed together) and Roxie Hart (who killed her lover when she discovered he wasn't going to make her a star) find themselves on death row together and fight for the fame that will keep them from the gallows in 1920s Chicago.

Chicago is a 2002 musical film adapted from the satirical stage musical of the same name.

Three good actors present you the Jazz Age Chicago, exploring the themes of celebrity, scandal, and corruption in a film that is visually rich, good played and absolutely great!
I especially enjoyed in the scene called Cell block tango, where 6 sexy prisoners tell their stories. It is interesting to watch and to listen. I wish I could dance like them... Back to the movie,

I guarantee you that you will enjoy :)
