Tissue Paper Roses

Hello everyone!

How about making some nice little or big decorations for the table, shelves, vases, etc.

I think these napkin flowers are quite nice and they are super easy to make.

Here is what you need:

Fold the napkin twice in a small square and cut it to a circle. Separate the little circles and gather them together, staple them together and one by one bring the circles up and form a rose shape.

And that's it. Pretty easy isn't it?
Now you just need to place it somewhere. You can also decorate presents with these flowers.

What do you think? Do you like flowers?

I hope spring will be here soon!

I really do! Now it is snowing like crazy and even though I'm born in January, I really don't like snow. Spring is my favourite time of year and I can't wait for it! :) Especially for the longer and warmer days! I'm freezing right now! Ok, I'll stop whining...

Oh, I cannot forget about the flowers :) I like them very much :) And because there aren't any flowers outside, I made a little piece of spring for the house :)

First, cut and paint small flowers :) I like blue, so blue was my pick, but you can make purple, red, yellow, violet or anything you want :D

With pins, colourful or normal silver, start in the middle and work your way up :)

And that's it :) It looks great on a candlestick or you can leave it like so :)

Oh the good smell...

Lavender. The first thing that comes up my mind is Provence. I was there one year ago. And I am very angry, because I didn't see  fields of lavender.

Oh well...But I did saw a small coroner with lavander in Avignon.

Avignon, France
When I came from France I wanted that smell at my home. So I pick up some vases and made this..

I think everybody should have a lavander vase somewhere...or have it in the garden :)
